Natural Remedies for the Cold + Flu Season

In any event, while you can definitely get the flu or a cold any time of year, there's no question that they spike this time of year – so what can we do about it?

Cold and Flu Season Tea 

  • 1 tablespoon of grated ginger

  • 1 slice of lemon or orange

  • 1 teaspoon of rosehips

  • 1 teaspoon of raw honey

Steep herbs in boiling water for 10 minutes. Add raw honey just before drinking!



More stress for everyone – the 4th quarter is busy, school stresses come back, holiday preparations, more time with extended family.We tend to eat more sugar during this time of year with all the holiday treats, which doesn't do our immune system any favors.
